Ayana Cameron

Ayana Cameron is the heart behind Ayana's Promise. Born from a deep conviction that every child deserves to be fed, sheltered, clothed and educated, Ayana is building this Ghana-focused mission from the ground up with compassion, discipline, and an unshakeable belief in what consistent care can do.

Her vision is focused on Ghana: one orphanage at a time, one school at a time, one child at a time, one promise at a time. Through feeding programs, orphanage rehabilitation, sponsorship, drives, and joyful community events, she is creating work that does not just help, but restores dignity.
